Then there is employment, family, friends, future, opportunity, health, death, and basic life.

You are now a product of what you have been faced with so far in life. What is the value of your life? How do you personally measure that? What is the value of your life to others? How do they measure that? What’s in your future? How do your past experiences affect your future?  How do your actions today affect your tomorrow? Consider these 5 additional Questions?

  • Can one decision change your life?
  • Can one decision change another person’s life?
  • What is the most important item others should know about you?
  • Where have you been and where are you going in life?
  • What direction in life are you choosing to go and why?

You will discover more as you read further in My Complete Story which is included in the program when making the choice to move forward. Be sure to take the time to read all the information on this page of the Web Site.  Remember, a new idea or thought generated, might just change your life!

Who can benefit from this program? Anyone who has a desire to live life with greater purpose.

Prologue: As I grew up, I did not have the benefit of a program like this. I imagine at times how my world would have been different if someone would have presented information like this to me. But we learn to live within the world that exists at the time. The world was not as complex as it is today. When I graduated from high school, the world population is half of what it is today. In today’s world, we have all the computers, word processing, the internet, and social media.  It could be termed as instant communication or gratification.  Too many people are failing to know how to interact with each other on a personal basis. Many are entranced in virtual relationships.

I kept a lot of things to myself. Are you one that keeps things to yourself?

I had one older brother by 3 years.  I found it interesting that our personalities and physical appearance were so different. When occasions came up for gifts, like birthdays or Christmas, my parents always made sure somehow the gifts were of equal value. All through school, I always felt that somehow, I was different than my brother and just did not seem to fit in. It was a strange, undefinable feeling.

Always strange that we lived so far away from other family members. They were all on the east coast. I did get to talk to my mother’s, mother (grandmother) on the phone but always had to watch the minutes.  In those days, it was long-distance charges.  My Grandmother was a fantastic person. We wrote letters to each other a lot. I still have many of the letters she sent to me. The important envelopes are marked with words like Keep, read often, don’t ever throw away and save. The postmark on the letters ranges from March 0f 1964 to Nov of 1968, close to the time she died. This covered my age from 12 to 16 years of age. I will share more about the letters in My Story.

I never met my grandfather as he died in 1948.  I did get to see his will, as all the grandchildren, 4 of us, had been left a trust, to be divided equally upon the death of his two daughters.

  • Imagine at the age of 13 discovering that your mother….
  • Imagine your high school years filled with a mother and brother who were…
  • Imagine at the age of 46 learning that you were…

You will discover the answers to these three statements and more about me as you read further in My Complete Life Story.  My life story is the reason for the complete development of this extensive program for personal development. PLB was developed from having a great passion to help others live a fuller life.  To experience personal change and growth resulting in a happier life. This is all included in the program when you make the choice to move forward. Be sure to take the time to read all the information on this page of the Web Site. A new thought generated, might just change your life!

So, you ask, what is a Personal Time Capsule?

  • Your Personal Time Capsule consists of a program to answer any questions about your life so far, to preserve your valuable life memories.      A self-examination to improve self-awareness.
  • The personal data is about experiences, situations, and choices that have shaped your life to this point.                                                                  It’s valuable to acknowledge how you got to this point in life.
  • Your answers, when reviewed in later years, will inspire and help you analyze where you are at 5 and 10 years from now. This time passes very quickly.
  • In years to come, you will find your preserved information be a priceless tool, to be able to determine what progress you have made toward achieving your goals or to rewrite goals as you continue to gain new wisdom and look for all the new opportunities available
  • Your Time Capsule can be added to anytime you go through a new experience or memorable event. Pick a time…Possibly add to it every birthday.
  • Making a Time Capsule is not something you have to do, but something you get to do.

The intent of the video you just viewed is to

  • challenge your thought process about what planning opportunity we have.
  • encourage everyone to think outside the box as our time on earth is limited. No tomorrows are for sure.
  • demonstrate the point about the uncertainty of our future and our mortality.
  • What choices and decisions are important regarding those we love.

Why this Time Capsule Plan program is important and why it was developed:

  • To help people generate ideas and prepare a priceless gift for self and those you love.
  • To make a positive change in how we view the value of life.
  • To encourage everyone to conduct a self-inspection of themselves.
  • To make a change in the way we plan, live life, and view death. Our days become reality. There are no Do-Overs! One life to live, one chance.
  • To help facilitate a significant change in people’s lives.
  • To help people realize the value of their life experiences and to record it.
  • to provide a means to highlight and preserve the life lessons that need to be shared.

How these programs benefit people

  • Provides tools for each person to create a personal time capsule
  • Provide ideas and guides for preparing personal information.
  • Provides a method to preserve your life lessons and messages for your family and for generations to come.

Benefits – What this Time Capsule Plan program offers…

A long list of ideas, to start the thought process as to what you can share about your life experiences that can be preserved in a time capsule.

In a nutshell, as the saying goes, some of the valuable lessons I learned include:

  • We all must have someone to trust to discuss life issues and concerns
  • Words without action have no value.
  • Keep important documents where children can’t have access to them.
  • Trust but verify.
  • When something does not feel right, it’s probably not.
  • Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
  • Always have a trusted witness with you during important situations.
  • Have trusted friends know where important documents are located.

Let’s consider a few ideas.

Your high school and college years are filled with numerous memories and the education you gained is of great value, providing opportunities, in preparing you for the future. All the many memories you experienced should be recorded NOW in your Personal Time Capsule. It’s a small investment plus your time that will provide great dividends. Each memory is unique in helping formulate the person you have become and will help you to plan and analyze your accomplishments in the years ahead.

Congratulations.  You, as an individual, along with all your current friends and millions of other students around the world, have had the opportunity to attend a high school, trades school, or college. You have invested thousands of hours in an education which included, frustration, successes, victory, defeat, failures, and sadness. We all took on life baggage that we personally deal with.  Some baggage we are proud of and some baggage presented unacceptable challenges. Some grew up in a positive family environment and others had turmoil and families that faced many challenges. The fact remains we have the baggage. So what do we do with it?

Along the way, many experimented with drugs, sex and relationships and somehow survived. Each person, despite the accumulation of some baggage, has hopefully gained wisdom from the decisions they have made and the consequences they faced. In pursuing graduation, this process included long study hours and a drive to reach the goal. Finally, you have graduated. In the process, you have experienced almost all the human emotions such as happiness, sorrow, fear, anxiety, anticipation, grief, dejection, despair, devotion, disdain, contempt, guilt, pride, helplessness, reflection, ill-temper, hatred, shame, shyness, modesty, love, envy, pity, courage, anger and trust just to name a few.

Each of these emotions and the decisions you made have caused stress at times, for you personally, your parents, family, teachers, and friends. Each day you made choices which affected all your activities and you have grown as a person, gaining greater wisdom. Some choices were valuable and opened new doors of opportunity, whereas others created additional stress, problems and perhaps closed some future doors. All this process has been preparing you for the real world and all life offers. You have successfully met the challenges your teachers provided. Many of you found great frustration with this and others saw an opportunity. As Bill Gates said one time, “If you think a teacher or professor was hard, just wait until you have a boss.”

Try to avoid stress by making a good decision. Stress is unhealthy and can cause issues like raised blood pressure, affects the immune system, disrupts sleep, causes headaches, aggravates anger, induces poor decision making, affects your jobs and relationships, can raise cholesterol levels, and is unhealthy for our gut microbiome. So, take measured to avoid stress. It is now time to take what you have learned, along with reviewing all the information offered in the Time Capsule Plan, to conduct a personal self-analysis and set new goals to live with vitality and purpose.

So, what is your next step? More education or search for employment? Where do you want to be in the next five years? Your written planning now can make a vast difference. Will you be where you want to be in 5 years? What specific plans will you actively make now to reach goals? Your life challenges will now become greater. Life, from here on out, only presents more complex challenges and new opportunities.  A new job, more training, deeper, more meaningful relationships, goal setting, more bills, marriage, family, the need to save, children, and home.  Then before you know it, retirement. Our Time Capsule Clock slips by quickly.

What you take time to recall and record now, will become more important to you in the years to come when you review these times. Every decision you keep making will affect your future. Reading to recall these earlier years in 5, 10, and 15 years from now, what you write will help you in creating more future goals and judging your own successes. At some time in the future, your children will find value in your story. This is your writing and tracking your personal history, which in today’s world is lost. Your life has value. It’s so important for others to learn what you have gained and contributed to life, to help make the world a better place.

This Time Capsule Program provides a thought-provoking list of over 200 important items of information to record about yourself and your activities.  This activity will help you re-examine many of your thoughts and provide valuable insight into yourself. You will be amazed at the insights you have gained by taking the time to think about all these questions. Don’t allow this information to slip away. Once you fill out the word document, you should place it in a safe place,  print a hard copy, make a thumb drive copy or place it in a safe deposit box. It is recommended to let two other people you highly trust, know where it is located. After starting your Time Capsule, you might even consider taking a video with your phone of you reading the questions and your answers.

How valuable would information be to you, that can:

change a person’s life

Interesting point: A decision or choice is first initiated/created by a thought.

  • Decisions and choices, translate into words, either thought or written.
  • “Words without action have no value”.
  • “Action is not a choice, but a necessity to make a change”.
  • The future holds all secrets which are revealed with each new day.
  • It is up to each of us to use what we have learned to develop our means to live with purpose.
  • It is wise for us to choose friends carefully, for we become who we surround ourselves with.

This Time Capsule Plan is a collection of words based on the 60+ years of one individual’s life and ideas. Based on this life, the actions taken are what produced the Time Capsule Plan. This program provides ideas on recording memorable moments, doing a self-analysis of relationships, challenge your thoughts on how well you know your body, help understand how we fit in the life cycle and a means to take a personal inventory to set new goals and live life with great purpose.

The life of the individual who created the Time Capsule Plan includes his youth, high school years, 7 years of undergraduate studies in three fields, being the son of a doctor, 37 plus years of self-employment operating a business, 30 years of marriage, raising two boys and two girls, learning late in life about something that happened as a child, divorce and starting a new life. Finally, being involved in leadership training in an organization for 40 plus years, interacting and talking with hundreds of high school and college-age individuals about their life challenges.

We each should cultivate ideas and images about our lives and look for ways to share with others what we have gained from our life.  Prepare for yourself and others a gift to preserve what you have gained from life so far and share your personal thoughts. This information will become priceless.

The Time Capsule Plan contains many ideas to promote new thought and self-examination/analysis from reading the Bonus packs listed below.   We all love doing that, Right

To determine the value of the words provided, it is up to you to analyze your own life, develop current goals and write down specifically how to reach them. All goals need to be SMART. (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely.)

This is a time to examine your opportunities and develop plans to succeed. One opportunity is to look at life in a larger picture and to plan to take specific actions, in a timely manner, to make life more fulfilling.

NOTE: You have your life now, as a result of someone else’s decision. Your life has been molded and shaped over the years by many people who care about you. This has helped formulate who you are today. It’s your decision as to who you will be tomorrow. Question: Can you be a better person tomorrow, than you were today? Do you have skeletons in the closet holding you back?

In our individual lives, we all get knocked down or stumble. Our value is determined by our thoughts, choices, the decisions we make getting back up and the actions we take to create change. These actions create our legacy.

You have probably heard the following quote:

“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.

Watch your words, for they become actions.

Watch your actions, for they become habits.

Watch your habits, for they become your character.

And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

What we think, we become.” – Margaret Thatcher

We can all determine our future by the thoughts/decisions/choices/actions we make any day, which in turn, do affect ourselves and other people. With every decision, there are always at least 2 consequences. Either favorable or unfavorable, good or bad!

We have all probably heard the question, “Why do bad things happen to good people?” In looking further at this question, good or bad things happen to good or bad people every day. The events, good or bad, happen because of actions taken by an individual, either good or bad, which only occurs as a result of good or bad choices and decisions which originate from a thought. All actions have consequences.

From a Christian standpoint, God can make it possible for situations to become good because of His Grace and our thoughts/decisions/choices/actions to allow Him in our lives.

Definition for Planning – the act of gathering, organizing information in preparation for a future event/date, which is used in setting specific goals! Planning is an essential element for identifying choices, making decisions, taking actions, reaching personal goals, reaching out to others, and gaining success throughout life. Each day is filled with life experiences.

You will see this statement several times because it is important: “Words without action have no value.” How we plan, make decisions, coupled with the actions we implement and follow through with, helps determine our value/successes and how we can make a change in our lives and the lives of others.

Everyone should know the value of writing down goals and reviewing them often.

It’s a thought-provoking methodical process. Each person’s goals will be different based on personal situations and desired achievement.

As of today, your future awaits. What is your next step in life?

Record your past for the Time Capsule and move forward with purpose.

The overall purpose of “Why” The Time Capsule plan was developed is to help provide young people with tools to make a difference for their future years and potentially in another person’s life. It’s about learning that it is in our giving that we receive.

As a bonus to the Personal Time Capsule program, you will receive e-books entitled

I Am – How well do you know your body?

Self-Analysis of Relationships – Taking a Personal Inventory

Life is not like a movie that has a well thought out story and scripted words. Life is real action, lived by each moment. I’ve heard it said, “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away.” Think! What is the value of appreciating people while they are still around? What is the value in them appreciating you more, by the thoughts and memories you took the time to leave for them?

Challenge Thoughts:

  • How complex is the universe and how do we fit in?
  • What is the value of your life?
  • How can that value be shared with others?
  • During the remainder of life, can a relationship become stronger?
  • How well do you know your body?
  • If you do nothing, you get nothing.

This Time Capsule Program presents, challenging thoughts for everyone to think about! This Time Capsule Plan provides an opportunity for self-inspection, gathering of personal information, and an opportunity to take specific action to plan for the future.  Your efforts will become priceless.

We can all agree that at this point, you are young and have a future ahead of you. Hopefully, you will live a long, healthy, and productive life.  However, at some point, we will die, either unexpectedly or from natural causes. Right? That is a 100% fact.

The impact a person can make by leaving this document/message for friends and to those you love and future generations will be priceless.

If we die unexpectedly, the sudden void left to families can be filled with your best memories. The Time Capsule Plan would provide inspiration.  This effort of the person who died would be providing a sense of comfort and give us a deeper understanding of the person.

Every life matters! Each of you now, have the opportunity, to obtain tools available in the My Personal Time Capsule, to invest some time, to be able to live life with more purpose. Keep your valuable information in one location, all the necessary information needed to take care of your estate should something ever happen. Don’t let the fact of your death, become a major burden to others. That situation can be avoided, by you personally, by investing the time to create your Personal Time Capsule. Provide the tools for others to gain greater value from the lessons and experiences you have had during your life. Ensure that your life lessons are passed on to your future generations.

What would it take for you to get started do something like this? Your investment of time and 37.00. The Time Capsule Plan packet of tools can make this possible. This is the introductory offer price from 64.00. That’s a 42% savings.

That my friends…it the whole basis of this program. This could perhaps be the most important web site that you visit, as your thoughts, choices, decisions, and actions can create a direct impact for you personally, your friends, family, and future generations. This entire program is based and developed on a real-life experience.

Would you agree most young people do not think about death? One is healthy and feels good and has a good future. The years quickly pass and you think about what you missed out on.

This is not doom and gloom – it’s just plain “Life” facts! I am amazed at the number of people I knew in high school and college who died early.

Each Life – follows a path, from the moment of conception till birth. Then through life, we make daily choices, until death. Birth and death, both a significant part of life, a beginning and an end. It is the same for everyone.

In our lives, it does not matter how tall or short you are, if you are skinny or fat, what challenges you have faced or what challenges you were born with, what you looked like, what your education has been, what kind of personality you had, what your religion is, how much money you made, where you live, what assets you have accumulated, what job you had, what color of skin you have, what your gender is or how good of a person you think you have been. We must all remember we are not better than others and we are not less than anyone else. Everyone is a child of God. Each person is born with certain gifts. Each person is uniquely different. We are not just ordinary creatures.

What is important is what we learned from our life experiences and how we helped make life better than how we found it. We are exceptional living creatures with the ability to use our specific gifts to make the world a better place.  How about you, where do you stand?

Share your story – You would agree, everyone has their personal unique story which, when shared with others, adds new perspectives and may help them with their individual situation knowing others share the same situations.

A person’s most valuable asset is what they have learned from life. The value of these lessons becomes greater when shared with others.

The development of My Personal Time Capsule and My Personal Exit Plan is a result of personal life lessons, experiences, and a desire to help others develop their own personal plans. Make your celebration of life, become extra unique and special.

In a nutshell, here are the valuable lessons I have learned:

  • We all need someone to trust to discuss life concerns.
